Donald B. Sanders

Donald was born on April 4, 1931 in Tennessee and died on February 6, 2016 at his home in Lincoln Park at the age 84. Beloved husband of the late Jeneal. Loving dad of Paulette (Jerry) Fowler. Proud grandpa of Laurie Snider and Rachel, Justin and Jason Fowler. Dearest brother of Alson Grey Sanders, Marilyn Yvonne Booker and Diane Cagle. He was preceded in death by his parents Nolen and Kathleen (nee: Vickers) Sanders. Donald proudly served his country in the United States Air Force; he was a long-time employee of JS McCormack, a faithful and long-time member of the Lincoln Park Church of Christ and a member of the Golden Agers Group. Donald enjoyed camping and traveling and his hobbies included making model airplanes and cars. Memorial contributions to honor his life may be made as the donor chooses.
