Dearest grandpa of Edward (Julie), Trevor (Lindsay), Angela (Albert) and Sonni (Eddie). Great papa of Noah, Kate, Adrick, Brandon, Annalisa, Tyler and Cooper. Brother to Mary Ptak of Syracuse, NY. Preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters Helen and Natalie. Also survived by his nieces and nephews in New York as well as other family and friends.
