Juanita Mae Parks

Juanita M. Parks-Hernandez, age 75 of Hartford, Kentucky, formerly of Monroe, passed away Monday October 25, 2021. Born August 2, 1946 in Monroe, Juanita was the daughter of Charles and Helen (Bogner) Parks. A 1964 graduate of Jefferson High School, Juanita worked over 25 years for Ford Motor Company at the Monroe plant, retiring in 1998. She was a member of UAW local 723, had been a volunteer at Mercy-Memorial Hospital, enjoyed bowling and gardening, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family. Juanita leaves to cherish her memory her children: Tina (Jared) Grillot and Donna Moser; grandchildren: David Grillot, Winter Pollock, Jasmine Moser, Seth Moser and Heather Munn; five great grandchildren with two more on the way; as well as eight siblings: Joyce McCance, Charlene Stockard, Phyllis Perry, Patti Parks, Joanne Lietaert, Bud Parks, Jon Parks and David Parks. Sadly she was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father Carl Wolfe and a brother Landis Wolfe. Memorial contributions in honor of Juanita may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
