Kailana brought joy to all who met her, and will be sadly missed by many including her parents Corey Moncelli and Angel McLaughlin; sisters: Makenna Moncelli and Kori Moncelli: grandparents: Mary Bashaw and Clete McLaughlin of Monroe; great grandparents Elizabeth Rospierskie, Olivia Chappell and Linda Weier; many aunts and uncles: Erika, Gabe, Billy, DeJuan, C.J. Robert, Brooke, Joey, Briana, Madyson, Mikal and Ada as well as her special caretaker and home nurse Jovan Stokes-Allen
