Beloved husband of the late Hattie Marie Swartout, beloved father of Larry Dugan, Michael (Pam) Dugan, Maureen (Alan) Wiley, Kathleen (Geroge) Fischer and Colleen (Bill) Koch, brother of Patricia (Paul) Greer, grandfather of 14, great grandfather of 26. He was preceded in death by his parents: Hiram and Matilda (Bodary) Dugan, brother: Clayton Dugan, sisters: Alice Dugan and Bonabelle O'Brian, and a daughter in-law Tina (wife of Larry Dugan).
