In addition to Catherine, his wife of some 50 years, Charles is survived by his children: Jeff (Krista) Barton, John (Linda) Barton and Jill (Ken) Ranger. He is also survived by four brothers: Donald (Sandy) Barton, Roland (Peggy) Barton, Tom (Janet) Barton, James (Sue) Barton; two sisters: Florence (Joe) Stoddard and Mary Ella Gaynier as well as six grandchildren: Elizabeth Barton, Katelyn Barton, Hannah Barton, Nicholas Barton, Maria Ranger and Max Ranger.
