Proud pappaw of Matthew, Philip, Kyle, Garcin, Ryan, Madeline, Gabriel, Chandler Hope, Ian, Myles, Aubrey and Ty. Dearest brother of Phyllis (Mike) Ruckman, Zella (Austin) Teague, Pearl (Linville) Frye, James (Barb) Mayes and Kay (Mike) Partin. Son-in-law to Maburn Noe. Brother-in-law of Dale Marsee and nephew of Ruth Beeler and Clyde (Catherine) Mayes. Colley was a long-time member and Clerk for 40 years at the Riverview Church of God. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. Memorial contributions to honor Colley's memory may be made to the donor's choice.
