Schmidt, William J., age 47, August 21, 2011 of Redford Twp., formerly of Allen Park. Mr. Schmidt was a long time teacher in the Melvindale/Northern Allen Park Schools. Beloved son of William and Donna Schmidt. Loving twin brother of Robin (Kevin) Hubbard, Raymond Schmidt and Eric (Jennifer) Schmidt. Also survived by his nieces and nephews Kyle and Benjamin Hubbard, Jarek and Emily Schmidt; his Aunt Adeline (the late Walter) Woods; his sister-in-law Eva Schmidt. Contributions in memory of William’s life may be made to the William J. Schmidt Scholarship Fund.
