Born October 20, 1941 in Monroe, Norma was the daughter of Walter and Eleanor (Poupard) Windels. A 1960 graduate of Monroe High School, she worked Production at Ford Motor Company. Norma also had worked as a Seamstress at Holiday Cleaners and as a Hostess/Waitress at Monroe Sport Center. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Norma enjoyed bowling, sewing, quilting, woodworking/carving and cake decorating, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family.
Norma leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Renae Wilson; grandsons Benjamin Ryan Wilson and Cole Reed Wilson; as well as two sisters: Marlene Miller and Judy Cloum. Sadly she was preceded in death by her parents; two sons Dennis Allen Foster and Anthony David Foster; as well as a sister Joyce Staelgraeve.
