Phyllis A. Tulak
Tulak, Phyllis A. Age 80 of Wyandotte. Born May 1, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan to her parents John Kolesar and Phyllis (nee: Baranski) who preceded her in death. Phyllis died July 5, 2015 at Angela Hospice in Livonia. Beloved wife of the late John. She is survived by her cousin Geraldine Kobierski. Phyllis was a graduate of Western High School in Detroit. She loved clothing and jewelry shopping. Memorial contributions to honor her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
