Born in Burdine, Kentucky, Rebecca was the daughter of James & Lavona (Osborne) Mullins. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Richard; children: Kimberly (Parker) Williams, Richard (Cynthia) Williams, Jr., Kevin (Amy) Williams and Vicky (Derek) Kruslemsky; 8 grandchildren: Ashley (James) Shruga, Christopher Williams, Lauren Williams, Cody Williams, Olivia Kruslemsky, Andrew Kruslemsky, Elizabeth Williams and Jimmy Williams; 4 great grandchildren: Sopie Shruga, Lyra Shruga, Julia Harris and Sloan Shruga; as well as 7 sisters: Louella Swindall, (the late) Ruth Massey, (the late) Thelma McPherson, (the late) Ada Pauley, (the late) Virginia Hudson, (the late) Elaine Speakman, Carol Sue Bentley and 3 brothers: James Roy (Dorothy) Mullins, Curtis Mullins and Walter Eugene Mullins.
