Waddy Thorn

Thorn, Waddy. Age 91. February 3, 2014 of Rockwood. Beloved wife of the late Chester Alexander Anucinski and the late Burton Earl Thorn. Loving mother of Chester Anucinski, the late Carrol Ann Anucinski and the late Shirley Jean Anucinski. Proud grandmother of Kimberly (Tony) Siedlik, Sheryl Anucinski, Kerry Jo Anucinski, Carrol Ann Anucinski and the late Chester Anucinski. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren who include Sharlee Anucinski, one brother Martin Fiolek as well as other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by one brother Eddie and two sisters Jennie and Lottie. Waddy was born in Detroit, MI on February 12, 1922 to the late Martin and Nellie (nee: Wenski) Fiolek. She loved crossword puzzles, watching her soap operas and scary movies and going up north. She also loved to watch sports and was a University of Michigan and Detroit Red Wing fan.
