He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Gerald and Carolyn; a son Charles Adam Dusik; his fiance' Shreya Patel and a sister Clarice (Craig) Clark; as well as a niece Savanna Clark and nephews Noah Clark and Isaac Clark.
