Antonino Leone

Antonino Leone, 83 of Naples, FL, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021. He was born in Cinisi, Sicily on April 27, 1938. He married Serafina Giacona in Sicily on January 26, 1959. He worked construction and farmed in Sicily. After moving to America, he worked for Firestone for 10 years. He was an avid gardener and loved his vegetable garden in the summers in Michigan and winters in Florida. He enjoyed winters in Florida for 23 years and playing bocce ball on the beach and at the park. He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved son, Giuseppe; and four brothers, Mechele, Giuseppe, Salvatore and Filippo. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Serafina; his sons, Philip (Joy) Leone and John (Ashley) Leone; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alexis, Jacob, SaraMarie, Joe, Joshua, Jordan and Miranda; and brother, Settimo (Lorraine) Leone. A prayer service will be held Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples. Entombment with committal services will take place at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown, Michigan on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 11:30 a.m.
