Barb Voigt-Cacko, a loving wife, dedicated mom, cherished sister, and beloved friend, passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on August 2, 1961, Barb's vibrant spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many, leaving a profound impression that will be remembered forever.

Barb was married to her devoted husband, Edward Cacko, who stood by her side through thin and thick. As a mother, she found joy in raising her three daughters: Linna (Jeff), Julie (Chris), and Dianna (Alex). She took pride in the unique personalities and accomplishments of her children; teaching strength, independence and perseverance. Her warmth extended beyond her immediate family, as she also embraced the role of "Sis" to her brother, Robert (Mary), sharing a bond that was filled with affection and support. Aunt of Elizabeth and Maria. "Mom II" to Jackie, Jaime and a few other lucky ones.

In addition to her immediate family, Barb leaves behind grand dogs who adored her beyond measure, and her legacy of love and laughter will continue to thrive through them.

It is with heavy hearts that we remember Barb, who is now reunited with her parents, Bernhard Voigt and Esther Reames, and her nephew Robert, who have all gone before her. Their absence is felt deeply, but their memories will forever be intertwined with Barb's shining legacy.

Barb's love for life was reflected in her many hobbies and interests. She had a special affection for dogs, and there was no greater companion to her than her beloved dog, Miggy. Together they shared countless adventures, providing laughter and comfort. If you were lucky enough to witness her in the kitchen, you would have experienced the delight of her cooking, and a lasting remembrance for her gravy. A wanderlust spirit led her to travel, creating memories wherever she went, while fishing up north with her mom provided her with peace and reflection, cherished moments spent in nature.

Barb's journey in this life may have reached its conclusion, but her spirit remains alive in the hearts of those who loved her. Friends and family are invited to celebrate her life through a Memorial Gathering at The Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family Of Funeral Homes on July 5, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00 PM.
