Born in Wyandotte, Michigan, Bernie was the son of Thomas and June Falahee. A graduate of Allen Park High School and Wayne State University. He was an avid sportsman. A lover of baseball. He was adventurous, dedicated, and a powerful force in this world. He was committed to lifelong learning and this pursuit extended beyond himself. Throughout his career as an educator and principal, he guided thousands of students to achieve their goals.
He is survived by his devoted wife of forty-one years, Toni Darin Falahee. They shared forty-three years of love and partnership. Together they raised two sons, Conner Darin Falahee and Patrick Darin Falahee, and are the loving grandparents of Patrick Michael Falahee (mother Nicole Beach). His brothers Michael and Robert, his sisters Anita (Lenny) and Sandra, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
When you remember Bernie, remember there is always hope. Give willingly to others. Love with your whole heart and keep your family and friends close to you. They are the people who make your life complete.
