Bernie Locklear
Bernie Locklear; age 81; passed away January 11, 2020. Survived by his children Sheryl (Kevin) Lowe and Scott (Mary) Locklear; his grandchildren Darryl Jr., Nicole, Steven, Matthew, Michael, and Marshall; his siblings Patricia, Paul, and brother Ozzy. Preceded in death by his children Darryl Locklear and Lenora Tompson; his mother Annie Locklear; and his siblings Gladys, Katherine, and Justin. Bernie worked in construction and was proud to be of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina. He had a great sense of humor and quick wit with plenty of one-liners. He had many friends and family and will be deeply missed.
