Betty Sperling

Betty Sperling of Flat Rock, Michigan passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of 72 years to Robert Sperling. Cherished mother of Michaela (Dixon) Smith, Teri (Mike) Creighton, and Kathleen (John) Masserant. Dearest grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 16. Betty was preceded in death by her parents William and Cleo McNutt and her brothers Paul (the late Connie) McNutt and William McNutt. Betty owned and operated the Yarn Tree in Flat Rock for over 40 years and was a staple in her community. She will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.

Funeral arrangements for Betty have been entrusted to the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183. A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family. Please check the obituary accordingly for updates as to when that will be held.
