Beverly Ann Meredyk, RN, born on October 7, 1939, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026. Beverly dedicated many years of her life as a Registered Nurse, providing care and compassion to those in need. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her career as she was deeply involved in her local Catholic church, contributing to her community and offering support to those around her.
Beverly was the heart of the family, the best friend and guiding light. She is now rejoicing the reunion with her husband, Jerry. She loved the Lord and will be missed beyond words. Beverly enjoyed a variety of hobbies including painting, her love of art, bowling, golfing, fishing, traveling, crocheting and spending time at the lake. These activities brought joy to her life and allowed her to create cherished memories with family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Michele (Vince) Letizio and Christopher Meredyk (Ginger Shearer). Beverly was also a proud grandmother to Vincent M. (Samantha) Letizio, Nicholas D. Letizio (Lexi Hayes), and Ava Polk. She took great delight in her great-grandchildren, Madison, Kamryn, Landon, and Emery.
Beverly was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Meredyk, her brothers, Frank Tithof, and Baby Eli Tithof, her parents, Frank and Janette Tithof, her in-laws, Stanley and Jean Meredyk, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life during the following services: a visitation at The Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Road, Allen Park, Michigan on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; she will lie in state at St. Constance Catholic Church, 21555 Kinyon St. Taylor, MI 48180 on Saturday, March 14, 2026, beginning at 9:30 AM until Mass at 10:00 AM.
Beverly's legacy will live on through her loved ones and the countless lives she touched during her lifetime.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Beverly to The Children’s Foundation of Michigan.
