Bonnalyn "Bonnie" Truxall

Bonnalyn Louise Truxall, age 87 of Trenton, passed away June 5, 2023.

Born February 15, 1936 in Ecorse, Bonnie was the daughter of Ernest and Mildred (Percy) Schroeder. A graduate of Slocum-Truax High School, she married the love of her life, Eugene Truxall, on February 4, 1956. Sadly he preceded her in death April 7, 2012. A dedicated homemaker, Bonnie worked for over 25 years at People’s Bank. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and was past president of the Trenton Hockey Association Women’s Auxiliary.

Bonnie leaves to cherish her memory her children: Eugene (Laurie Murphy) Truxall Jr., Wendy (Greg) Michael, David (Karla) Truxall and Richard Truxall; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; as well as a sister Barbara Schroeder. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Lori Bockman; a grandson Mason Gaddis and a brother Dennis Schroeder.
