Burford "Butch" E. Frederick

Burford Earl Frederick (February 13, 1941 – August 14, 2026)

Burford “Butch” E. Frederick, 85, of Taylor, MI, passed on August 14, 2026.

Butch was preceded in death by his sons Mathew (Beth) Frederick and Aaron Frederick, and his brother Jerry Frederick.

Butch leaves his wife, Patricia, of 46 years, daughter Lisa (Josh) Eade, son Dan (Amanda) Frederick. Loving grandfather to: Lacey, Hunter, Aaron, Gaige, Jon, Nick, and Austin. He is also survived by his sister Carol Smith.

Butch was born in Taylor Township, MI in 1941 to Burford P.Frederick and Hepsie (Diehl). He attended Lincoln Park High School graduating class of 1960 where he played football and ran track. After High School he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years before entering the construction field and working as a security guard before retiring.

Butch passed peacefully at home with his wife by his side.
