Carol grew up surrounded by family and the comforting hum of a close-knit city. She carried the spirited warmth of her roots into every chapter of her life. Guided by a thirst for knowledge and self-improvement, she attended some college, an experience that broadened her perspective and set the foundation for her approach to life. Yet, it was her role as a dedicated homemaker where she found true fulfillment, pouring her heart into creating a loving, welcoming home for her family.

At the center of Carol’s world was her beloved husband of 44 years, Lawrence Romak. Together, they forged a partnership grounded in trust, laughter, and mutual respect—one that weathered life’s joys and challenges in equal measure. Carol’s pride in her family was boundless and unyielding. Her son, John, and daughter, Deanna, were recipients of her endless encouragement and faith, each shaped by her steadfast love and her belief in their unique paths, as well as her three grandchildren.
