Carol Lee Thill, a devoted homemaker and cherished matriarch, was born on August 20, 1931, in the vibrant city of Detroit. Carol was the daughter of Ronald and Virginia Emling. With a heart full of love and dedication, Carol enriched the lives of those around her, leaving behind an enduring legacy of warmth and family togetherness when she passed away on March 1, 2026.

Through her long and fulfilled life, Carol's impact was profound, her most treasured times were those spent with her children. She was a proud high school graduate, but her true education came from life’s moments spent nurturing her beloved siblings, who knew Carol as a peacemaker. She married the love of her life, Eugene Thill, who sadly preceded her in death in 1981. Carol had an unwavering passion for spending time with her family, often filling her home with laughter and joy. Her ability to create a welcoming atmosphere drew loved ones near, making every gathering special and memorable.

Carol is survived by her beloved children, Deborah Wiejacha-Roomian. Dennis Thill, and Donald Thill. Her family tree expanded into the hearts of her ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, who will forever carry the imprint of her love and teachings. Each family member will remember her not only for her exceptional homemaking skills but also for the way she made every person feel seen and valued, embodying the very essence of family.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons: David Thill and Daniel Thill.

During her long life, Carol Lee Thill radiated kindness and warmth, a testament to the love she shared so freely with all who knew her. Though she has left this world, the love she imparted will continue to flourish in the hearts and lives of her family, ensuring that her spirit remains a guiding light for generations to come.
