Charles will be deeply missed by his wife Joyce, 4 children; Terrie (Jack) Carrier, Charlene (the late Donald) Noah, Nancy Frizzell, Steven (Michelle), and son in law Richard Frizzell. Charles is also survived by 14 grandchildren; Heather, Ryan, Jaclyn, Andrew, Lindsay, Chad, Chelsea, Karlie, Kaylyn, Connar, Rick, Stacey, Jesse, Brooke, and 22 great grandchildren.
