Charles Edward Damron

Born in Pikeville, Kentucky, Charles was the son of Bertie and Nellie (Justice) Damron He married the love of his life, Mary Coleman, in 1956. Sadly she preceded him in death January 10, 2017. Charles worked in the Detroit Salt Mine for over 20 years, retiring in 1982. He enjoyed vegetable gardening, beekeeping and attending auctions and flea markets. Charles leaves to cherish his memory his children: Theresa (Lee) Loessin and Mark Damron; grandchildren: Andrew, Cody and Jeremy as well as three siblings: Elsie Rowe, Jean Freed and Earl Damron. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings: Dorothy, John and Ollie.
