Christine Jane Lupinski, age 70 of Dearborn Heights, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Steve Lupinski for what would have been 23 years on November 20, 2022. Christine was the loving mother of the late

John Sweeney and dear step-mother to Lisa (Wolf), Cara (Brett), Stephanie (Chuck), Steven (Angela), and Jeffrey. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, her brother Wayne Lakins, many nieces and nephews, her dog Ruby, and her cat Snow.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Nellie Lakins, her son John Sweeney, her brother Charles Lakins, her sister Sandra Fera, and her cat Kitress.

Christine had a great sense of humor. She was extremely artistic, often painting and gardening, playing games, and watching the Detroit Tigers.

Visitation will take place on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Allen Park

Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes. The service will take place that same day, with a time to be determined.
