Chuck Pomerleau

Chuck Pomerleau, age 60 of Grosse Ile, peacefully passed away on April 4, 2023. He is survived by his siblings Paul Jr. (Angela) Pomerleau, Dawn (Robert) Holder, and Lincoln (Michelle) Pomerleau; his nieces and nephews: Michelle, Paul III, Brandon, Racquel, and Andre; his beloved dog Belle, as well as many dear friends.

Chuck was an avid hunter, fisherman, boating enthusiast, and just loved being outdoors. He would have been a great contestant on the show “Survivor”. He enjoyed spending time in the Bahamas with his late wife Amy (dec. 2022). He was a phenomenal cook, showcasing his talents at “The Hungry Crab” restaurant that was formerly on Grosse Ile. He worked as an insurance salesman at Industrial Insurance Services and Inpro Insurance Group.

Visitation for Chuck will take place on April 14, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ridge Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes. The service will take place on that same day at 7:00 PM, at the same location.
