Cindy Delight Lifford

Born in Los Angelis, California, Cindy was the daughter of Coy and Sandra (Wells) Nowland.

Cindy married the love of her life, Gary Lifford, on November 13, 1982.  Sadly he preceded her in death April 11, 2016.  A faithful member of the Riverview Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, she enjoyed gardening and going to garage sales, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Cindy leaves to cherish her memory her children: Thomas (Constance) Lifford and Cody (Tara) Lifford; 2 grandchildren: Emilia Lifford and  Romy Lifford; her mother Sandra Brake; as well as 4 siblings: Marie (Gene) Archey, Coy (Vanessa) Nowland, Larry (Denise) Nowland and Helen Nowland.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her father.
