Debra Joy Capo
Born September 26, 1953, Debra was the daughter of Robert and Naomi (Westrom) Collins. Debra leaves to cherish her memory, Brian Kelley, her companion of the past 20 years; sons: Erik Campbell and Robert Capo; grandchildren: Haley Campbell and Colton Campbell; as well as her siblings: Robert (Christina) Collins, Jan Marie Filpus and Brenda Collins. A celebration of both Debra’s life and her mother’s life will be held over the Memorial Day Weekend in Skanee, Michigan.
