Delores Marie Curley

Born in Dearborn, Delores was the daughter of Eugene and Mae (Comai) Barr. She married the love of her life, Laurence Curley, on November 5, 1955. Sadly he preceded her in death June 6, 2015. A dedicated homemaker, Delores worked as a teacher at Detroit College of Business for many years, retiring in 1990. Delores leaves to cherish her memory her children: Ann Marie (Burton Schwartz) Curley, Michael (Kathleen) Curley and Joan (Dr. David) Vigor; as well as 7 grandchildren: Miriam Schwartz, Daniel Vigor, Teresa Vigor, Aaron Curley, Jacob Curley, Ruth Curley and Josiah Curley. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister Ernestine Khoury. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Delores' honor are asked to consider the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or The Detroit Institute of Arts.
