Denise M. Allen

Born in Detroit, Denise was the daughter of James and Verna (Sullivan) Thompson. She married Dennis E. Allen in 1974. Sadly he preceded her in death May 5, 2011. A dedicated homemaker, Denise's greatest joy in life was being a grandmother to her grandkids. Denise leaves to cherish her memory her children: Dennis Allen Jr. of Maybee and Deanna (Nathan Maze) Kinser of Maybee; grandchildren: James Kinser, Anna Kinser, Jaden Eichstadt, Alijah Allen and Eddie Allen; as well as her brother James (Dr. Joyce) Thompson of Wallingford, Kentucky; and three sisters: Janette (Kenneth) Burnham of Maybee, Bessie Baggett of Maybee and Yvonne (Richard) Abbott of Detroit. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Lonnie Thompson, Ernest Thompson, William Thompson, and a sister Aline Wegner.
