Dennis M. Alvis

Dennis M. Alvis, age 59 of Allen Park, passed away peacefully on September 25th, 2023.

Dennis was born October 18th, 1963 in Dearborn to Anna and the late David L. Alvis. After graduating from Allen Park High School, Dennis attended Michigan State University’s Criminal Justice Program, graduating in 1986. He would go on to proudly serve and protect the Pontiac community for 26 years as an officer with the Pontiac Police Department.

Dennis leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Anna Alvis and brother David L. Alvis, Jr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by sister Deborah Logan.
