Dorothy Kathleen Lavassaur

Born in Detroit, Dorothy was the daughter of Frank and Wilma (Parker) Freeman. She married the love of her life, Harold LaVassaur on October 16, 1948. Sadly he preceded her in death September 18, 2004. A dedicated homemaker Dorothy enjoyed quilting, gardening, reading and doing crossword puzzles. Dorothy leaves to cherish her memory her children: Greg LaVassaur, Jean LaVassaur, Tom (Marcy) LaVassaur, Kathy (Bruce) Hunter and John LaVassaur; four grandchildren: Lia, Jason, Mathew, and James; as well as five great grandchildren: Tehya, Sean, D'Andre, Henrik and Alice.
