Edward Devlin O'Connell

O'Connell, Edward Devlin. Age 85. November 28, 2018 of St. Clair Shores. Beloved husband of 62 years to Jocelyn. Loving dad of Daniel (Margaret), Terence, Timothy (Carol) and Brian (Maryellen). Proud grandpa of Megan, Allyson, Sean. Kaitie, Michael, Gregory, Christina, Mary Beth and Christopher. Great grandpa of Joy and Fulton. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Patrick and Mary (nee: Devlin), one brother Dennis, one sister Ellen Irene and two nieces Charlotte and Theresa. Edward proudly served his Country in the United States Navy. Visitation is Sunday 3 – 8 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen (Corner of Goddard). Edward will lie in state on Monday at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Allen Park at 9:30 until the time of the Funeral Liturgy at 10 am. Interment will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
