Florancio Rodriguez

Florancio was born in Beckley, West Virginia on April 10, 1925 and died at Applewood Nursing Center in Woodhaven, Michigan at the age of 92; he was of Riverview. Beloved husband of the late Florence. Loving dad of Dennis (Edie), David (Diane), Diane Jolley, Terry (Celeste) and Sherry (Roger) Wade. Proud grandpa of 9 and great grandpa of 15. Dearest brother of James (Beverly). Also survived by other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and seven brothers. Florancio proudly served his Country in the United States Navy on the US Enterprise during WW II; he retired as a journeyman plumber from Local Union #98. He loved living in his condo in Florida and playing golf; he lived a very active life and loved working out at the gym and riding his bicycle. Florancio's urn will be placed with honors at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. Memorial contributions to honor his life may be made as the donor chooses.
