Proud grandfather of Elizabeth, Abigail and Parker Miklos; Reid, Carter, Blake and Tysen Ling; Luke, Brooke and Jack Krausmann; Samantha (Grant) Purcell, Kyle (Jessica) and Maximillian Montroy; Pearce, Noah and Ruby Stevens; Rose Miklos; Christian, Matthew and Marcella Thomas; and Bryan and Simon Durbin. Great grandfather to Presley and Cassidy Purcell and Henry, Benjamin and Stella Montroy. He served in the Army and was stationed at the Marshall Islands during Operation Castle. His parents immigrated from Hungary and he was a proud Hungarian who embraced his ancestry and loved sharing Hungarian history with others. He grew up in southwest Detroit and attended Southwestern High School. He was a loyal employee at AAA for 40 years and a longtime member of St. Joseph’s in Trenton.
