Helene Guerrero, 84

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Helene Guerrero on September 15th, 2025 in Sun City West, Az. Born on October 6th, 1940 in Detroit, Mi. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her sons Stephen and Brian Guerrero; her grandchildren Theresa (John Scotta), Johnny, and Brian Guerrero; her great-granddaughters Mattea and Myla Guerrero, and neiceStephanie Danko . She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Ishmael “Smiley”, her son Johnny, and her brother Stephen “Spike” Danko.

Helene’s strong faith, generosity, and devotion to her family were the cornerstones of her life. She shared God’s love through her kindness, prayers, and unwavering support for those she cherished.

A celebration of her and Smiley’s life will be held on a future date to be announced. She is now at peace in the arms of the Lord, and her legacy of love and devotion will continue to inspire all who knew her.
