Jack was a member of Rouge Free Will Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing Basketball and was a Football fan. Jack leaves to cherish his memory his parents: Jack and Deborah Lezotte; siblings: Shannon (Robert) Little and Cheryl (William) Jackson; as well as nine nieces and nephews: Christian, Gabriel, Adelyne, Elijah, Ayden, Ellana, Noah, Melody and Magdalen. Memorial contributions in honor of Jack may be made to the American Cancer Society.
