Jackie is survived by his wife Marsha, 3 sons; Jackie (Lorie) Carter, Jason Carter, and Jonas (Shelly) Carter, a daughter Moniqui Carter, 3 brothers; Frank (Jeanette) Carter, Richard (Shirlee) Carter and Phillip (Peggy) Carter. He is also survived by a sister Dreama Gayle Kelly, 5 grandchildren, 2 step sons; Danny Minton and Ken Polley a step daughtrer Heidi Polley and 6 step grandchildren.
