Nelson, James J. "Jim". November 1, 2018. Age 65, of Dearborn, MI. Beloved husband of Linda Hansen. Loving father of Jimmy Nelson, Mandy (Phil) Landman, Sarah (Josh) Tweheus and David Nelson. Proud grandfather of James, Kyle, Dominic, Lucas, Tori, Jonathan and Charlotte. Dear brother of Janice Harowski, Pamela Haupt and Patricia (Larry) Burgess. Preceded in death by his parents Amos and Augustine Nelson and siblings Gary, Ernest Peter and Richard. Jim was a man who was full of life and loved life. He loved music and was a self-taught musician. Jim was an adventurous person who began his adventures at the young age of sixteen and it continued throughout his life traveling throughout the United States. He had a great sense of humor and was a very opinionated man. Jim was loved by many and always left a lasting impression where ever he went. He loved God and looked forward to the day of going home to be with Him.
