James R. Skelly, Jr. was born on May 23, 1969 in Toledo, Ohio and died on April 18, 2021 at the age of 51. Dearest father of Bailey Sasser, Madyson Skelly and Brady Skelly. Beloved son of James (Paula) and Nancy. Also survived by his sister Eric and his brother Jason as well as other family and friends. James was a graduate of Waite High School in Toledo, Ohio; he enjoyed golf.
