Jerry D. Crider

Jerry was born on February 20, 1951 in Trenton, Michigan and died on October 7, 2017 at Angela Hospice in Livonia, Michigan at the age of 66; he was of Southgate. Beloved husband of Jean. Loving dad of Kevin (Ellen), Andrea (Wes) Williams and Daniel (Laura). Proud papa of Emma, Will, Clara, Nolan, Hannah, Drew, Hudson, Ava, Jason, Cameron and Jordan. Dearest brother of Jimmy and Dan (Laura). Also survived by his nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents James and Edna (nee: Chandler) Crider, one sister Kathleen and one brother Gene. Jerry faithfully served the Lord and loved his family; he enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and farming. Visitation is on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 3:30 – 9 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd (Corner of Goddard). The funeral service is Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses.
