Jim Boismier

Jim Boismier, age 84 of Gibralter, passed away November 24, 2022.

Born January 15, 1938 in Wyandotte, to the late James and Mabel Boismier. On August 6, 1957 he married the love of his life Barbra Ward. Together they raised 5 children Bruce, Jim, Janine (Jeff) Caroots, Aimee (Steven) Mercure, and Denis (Linda Kaiser). Proud grandfather of Susan, Cindy, Chris, Jason (Sara), Janel (Jim), Jeffrey, Meghann (Brandon), Terricia Roy Hope, Rachel, Nicholas (Carolyan), Dillon and Jasper Great grandfather of Xander, Kaden, Deegan, Ryder, Summer, Autumn, Noel, Archie, Lilly, Nora, Aimelya, Zachary, Tristian, and Jeramie. Also survived by niece Kathleen Brillowsky and brothers in law Michael and Dwaine Ward.

Jim was the family “Superman”. He cherished every moment he could spend with them. Family camping trips were a favorite. He was a self-taught man of many trades and talents and worked many years for Gibraltar Schools. He will be greatly missed by all.
