Joan L Vellmure

Born in Detroit, Joan was the daughter of Rodney and Georgia (Hettinghouse) Rowland. A graduate of Lincoln Park High School, she married Harry "Fred" Vellmure Jr. on February 7, 1981. Joan worked for Security Bank for over 32 years, retiring in 1992. She leaves to cherish her memory, Fred, her husband of the past 36 years; her mother Georgia Williams; siblings: Rodney (Jerilyn) Rowland and Sherry (John) Miller. Sadly she was preceded in death by her father Rodney Rowland and siblings: Cindy Imlach and James Rowland.
