Steimer, John C. Age 74. July 29, 2008 of Trenton. Formerly of Taylor. Beloved husband of 51 years to Barbara. Loving dad of Johanna (Jerry) Matthews, Melissa (Greg) Lohmeier and Laura. Dearest grandpa of Sean, Shannon, Andrew, Maureen, Samantha, Blake, Austin and Nathan. Great Papa of Johnathan. Also survived by 2 sisters Barbara and Helen. Godfather to Paul Brucker. John served our country in the Navy during the Korean War, was a retiree of Detroit Edison and a life long member of The Rock of Gibraltar VFW.
