Jon Bedrick

Jon Robert Bedrick, beloved Husband, Father, Stepfather, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Great Uncle, and friend passed away on September 25th, 2025, at his home at the age of 75. Jon was born on February 18th, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan. Jon was known for his love of Family and Tim Horton’s Coffee.

Jon dedicated 44 years of work to Marathon Oil as a foreman where he was respected and admired for his hard work and dedication.

Jon had many passions a few were golf, fishing, star gazing, and checking how the planets and stars aligned. His favorite past time was watching Jordan play hockey in his younger years. As well as supporting the grandkids in anything they were passionate about, whether that be band, soccer, cheerleading, football, or softball, he was there. Jon loved the guitar and wished he had played better, but loved it, nonetheless. His well-known side passion was purchasing scratch-offs, to which he often found himself quite lucky.

Jon is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Rita Bedrick. Jon leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory, his Wife Joyce, Sons Michael (Russ) and Jordan. His stepchildren Stacy (Corey), Danny, Marc (Angela). He was a proud Grandfather to Alex, Mackenzie (Mitchell), Keegan (Logan), Rayden (Jack), Saige (Josh), LeStat (Connor), Maddox, and Mason. And a Great Grandfather to Paisley Ella Falk.

Jon is survived by his brother Peter (Rita). Uncle to Steven (Candice), Todd (Sarah), Meredith (Michael). Great Uncle to Sienna, Asher, and Wesley. Brother-in-law to Robin Sanderson, Linda Gibson, Vivian McMillan, Judy Ferency (Dennis), Kathy Storti (Jim), Bob Snell (Barb), along with his fur babies Roxie and Winnie, many more nieces, nephews, and a dear friend to many.

Jon will be remembered for his kind soul, his love of family, and the joy he brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
