Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Joy was the daughter of John and Bettyjo (Blackwell) Finch. Joy worked for many years in the Health Care Industry as a Nurse's Aide. Joy is survived by a daughter Gerri Burns as well as her siblings: Donna Stierly and David Redfern. Sadly she was preceded in death by her parents.
