Julie Cryderman, affectionately known by everyone as "Gra," left this world on February 17, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on May 22, 1946, she was raised in Westbrook, Minnesota, Julie was a beacon of love and kindness to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her cherished family, whose love for her remained constant and unwavering until her last breath.

Throughout her life, Julie enveloped her loved ones in a warm embrace of care and support. Her family was her greatest joy, and she devoted herself wholeheartedly to them, attending every event and celebrating every milestone. As a loving wife to her husband Doug, whom she married on December 3, 1966, and as a devoted mother to her children, Paige Levy (Chris Dee) and the late Nicole (the late Brad) Mohammed, Julie illuminated their lives with unconditional love.

Her grandchildren, Kennedy (Dakota) Offman, Mattison Levy (Zach Jugan) and Gaaron Black were truly blessed to call her "Gra," along with her great-grandchildren, Elliott Offman and Lillian Offman, who brought her immense pride and happiness. Julie's family extended beyond those she raised; she adored her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews, always indulging them as Aunt Julie "Doodoo." She had a unique ability to make everyone feel special, often asking sincere questions about their lives, which highlighted her genuine interest in their well-being.

An active long-time member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Grosse Ile, Michigan, Julie also dedicated her time to various charitable endeavors, embodying the very essence of community spirit. She was known for her selfless nature and her commitment to giving back. Beyond her love for family and community, Julie enjoyed playing Euchre, belonged to an Herb Group, and was an avid reader who participated in a book club. She embraced life to the fullest, traveling widely and collecting memories, with plans to have some of her cremated remains placed in the two locations she had yet to visit.

Julie will be remembered not only for her warmth and kindness but also for her gentle spirit and joyful light. She had a unique gift for making friends everywhere she went and created connections that transcended barriers. Her life was a testament to family, love, community, and faith.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Tex and Lois (Hopkins) Cohrs, and her siblings, Nancy Albertson and Jane Giese. Though her physical presence will be deeply missed, Julie’s legacy of love will continue to inspire all who were lucky enough to know her.
