Kathleen Frances Lerini

Kathleen Frances Lerini, of Taylor, passed away May 29, 2025. Loving mom of Jackie (Kevin) Lyons, and Sherry (Eric) Santina. Proud Mimi of Brendan, and Lauren. Dear sister of the late Jerry Szweda, Eugene Szweda, and Leonard (Antoinette) Szweda. Beloved aunt of many. Known as “Mousy” to her friends from school.

Kathleen will be missed by her cat, Milo. She enjoyed crafting, shopping, and decorating for all holidays, especially Christmas. She enjoyed listening to Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline and Elvis. She never missed Sunday mass at St. Constance Catholic Church, where she always sat next to the Blessed Mother.

The service will take place at St. Constance Catholic Church on Monday, June 2, where Kathleen will lie instate from 9:30 until mass at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at St. Hedwig Cemetery, on Tuesday, June 3 at 2:15 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Kathleen to Children's Hospital Foundation of Detroit or  American Kidney Foundation.
