Kathleen M. Fiolek

Kathleen was born on July 3, 1950 in Wyandotte, Michigan and died on March 28, 2021 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan at the age of 70. Loving mom of Beth (Joe) Piontek. Proud grandma of Samantha and Vanessa. Dearest sister of Paul (Carol) Gansberger, Mary Lokuta and Margaret (Bill) Reynolds. Also survived by her nieces and nephews; her brother-in-law Danny Hartigan; other loving family and friends. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents William and Betty (nee: Burbo) Gansberger; two brothers William and Robert Gansberger and one sister Amelia Hartigan. Visitation is on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 11:30 am to 2 pm at The Ridge Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 2272 West Jefferson, Trenton, MI 48183. Interment is at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Huron Twp., Michigan. Memorial contributions to honor Kathleen’s life may be made as the donor chooses. To those attending visitation and/or services for a loved one, in keeping with CDC and State of Michigan DHHS guidelines, masks and social distancing along with limitations on number of person(s) in the chapel must be followed and will be enforced.
